• Pre-hire & talent assessments for interviewing, selection on-boarding, coaching, and development, includes generated interview questions (for 3 candidates)
• Managing client job postings, incoming resumes, referrals from any internal client resources.
• Resume Review, Prescreening & Shortlisting.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews for the Management Team.
• Creating & developing interview questions.
• Updates keeping our clients  informed of any difficulties we may encounter throughout our search as well as the advancement we are making.
